Hoch, J.:

This was an action to enjoin the board of directors of a school district from issuing bonds which had been voted at a special election. The trial court refused to grant the injunction, and plaintiffs appeal.

Appellants attack the legality of the election at which the bonds were voted. It is contended that the notice of the election and the proposition stated on the ballot did not clearly and fully inform the electors as to the object for which the election was called, and also that the petition submitted to the board was not legally “presented”…
