Jurisdiction

This is a civil action for judicial review of the Social Security Administration’s determination that the plaintiff is not entitled to a period of disability or disability insurance benefits as provided for in Sections 416 (i) and 423(c) (2), 42 U.S.C.A. This action was brought pursuant to Section 405(g) of Title 42 of U.S.C.A.
