This is a civil action for judicial review of a determination by the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare that the plaintiff is not entitled to a period of disability or disability insurance benefits as provided for in Sections 216 (i) and 223(c) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 416(i) and 423 (c). p This action for review was brought pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), and, after the filing of the defendant’s answer together with the certified copy of the transcript of the record of the administrative proceedings,…
