Sessions, III, Judge), convicting him, following the entry of a guilty plea, of possession with intent to distribute cocaine base (“crack” or “crack cocaine”) in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and sentencing him principally to a 240-month term of incarceration.
