Plaintiffs Janet Ramos and her sons, Angel and Richard, residents of the Town of Vernon, Connecticut, brought suit *172against the Town of Vernon and its police chief to challenge the constitutionality of Vernon’s juvenile curfew ordinance. Among other constitutional claims, plaintiffs allege that the ordinance violates minors’ equal protection rights.
