MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

KRUPANSKY, District Judge.

This is a products liability action in which the plaintiff, George Bailey (Bailey) seeks recompense for personal injuries suffered while operating a punch press in the course of his employment at Anchor Template Die, Incorporated (Anchor Template) in Cleveland, Ohio. Bailey asserts separate counts founded in negligence, breach of warranty and strict liability in tort against defendants, ITT Grinnell Corporation (ITT), and V & 0 Press Company Incorporated (V & 0). ITT has filed a cross-claim against V & 0 and also filed a third party complaint…
