OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Alan R. Dahl, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in favor of his former employer, defendant-appellee, Battelle Memorial Institute, in appellant's action for wrongful termination.

{¶ 2} Appellant holds a Bachelor's degree in chemistry from Princeton University, a Masters degree in organic chemistry from the University of Colorado, and a Ph.D. in inorganic chemistry from the University of Colorado. Prior to working for Battelle, appellant was employed for 21 years at the Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute in New Mexico.…
