Timothy Lee Anderson appeals the circuit court’s judgment convicting him of statutory sodomy in the first degree. First, he asserts that the court erred in overruling his motions for acquittal, contending that the State’s only substantive evidence, his accuser’s testimony, was so clouded with doubt that it was insufficient to create a submissible case for the jury.
