Kenneth Baumruk appeals his conviction for first-degree murder and sentence of death. He was convicted of first-degree murder for killing his wife in 1992 at the St. Louis County courthouse. Mr. Baum-ruk’s case was tried by a jury in St. Charles County after a change of venue.
