THOMPSON, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania dismissing a petition to review an order of a referee in bankruptcy. The bankrupt owned an old cash register which she requested the appellant to repair. She found that the cost of the repairs would bé excessive and, therefore, agreed to buy a new cash register from the appellant. She surrendered the old one and it was agreed that she should be credited with $70 on account of the purchase of the new machine. Pending the delivery of the new machine, the appellant loaned the…
