JOHNSEN, Circuit Judge.

The proceeding is one in reclamation in the estate of the Kansas City Journal-Post Company, bankrupt, publisher of the former Kansas City Journal-Post. The trustee of the estate has appealed from an order of the District Court granting the petition of Morris Schapiro to reclaim the building, the machinery, and the other equipment of the newspaper plant, and directing the trustee to turn the property over to him.
