Petitioner filed an amended petition for post-conviction relief pursuant to ORS 138.510 to 138.680, alleging that his attorney at trial in the underlying case provided inadequate assistance in six respects. Five of those allegations revolved around trial counsel’s advice about the consequences of a guilty plea, and one dealt with trial counsel’s pretrial investigation.
