—Order unanimously affirmed with costs. Memorandum: Supreme Court properly denied defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. In support of their motion, defendants submitted unsworn reports of plaintiffs treating physicians, physical therapist and occupational therapist, along with an affirmation of defendants’ expert neurologist. The expert neurologist concludes that, contrary to plaintiffs allegations, plaintiff does not suffer from fibromyalgia syndrome and that, in any event, a traumatic event like an automobile accident is not a precipitating factor for…
