This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals, dated October 8,1986, which reversed a judgment of conviction and sentence entered by the Milwaukee county circuit court, Circuit Judge John E. McCormick, and which affirmed in part and reversed in part an order by the circuit court for Milwaukee county, Reserve Judge Leo B. Hanley, denying defendant Phillip Wayne Harvey’s (Harvey) post-conviction motions.
