INTRODUCTION

Appellant Diana Gillispie filed an Application for Adjustment of Claim before the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Board (the “Board”) for back injuries allegedly arising out of three work-related incidents. Her employer, B & B Foodland (“B & B”), controverted the claim. Following a hearing, the Board issued a decision denying and dismissing Gillispie’s claim.
