On April 14, 2000, Media Properties, LLC (“Media”) and TRP Communications, Inc. (“TRP”) granted Wells Fargo Foothill, Inc. (f/k/a Foothill Capital Corporation) (“Foothill”) a continuing security interest in all of their tangible and intangible personal property, including after-acquired personal property and fixtures.
