These are appeals from two final orders of the Bankruptcy Court: an October 27, 2006 summary judgment order in an adversary proceeding determining the rights of the parties concerning certain public airwave licenses purchased on installment by the debtor from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and an order of October 31, 2006 confirming the 2006 chapter 11 reorganization plan of the debt- or, Airadigm Communications, Inc.
