On March 23, 1923, Mrs. Emily L. Johnson, Graham L. Johnson, and Ligón Johnson leased certain real property to Massell Bealty Company for a period of thirty years. Mrs. *644Johnson, now deceased, was the mother of the other two lessors, and all her rights and interest in and to the lease and the leased property are vested in them. On March 24, 1923, Massell Realty Company transferred and assigned all its rights and interest in and to said lease, and the property therein described, to Central Leases Inc., which assignment was re-executed on July 29, 1926, because of the absence of witnesses to the…
