DUNCAN, Chief Judge.

The plaintiff is a corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, having a regularly established place of business at Hartford,' Connecticut. The defendants are corporations, organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, having a regularly established place of business within the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Western Division. The plaintiff and the defendants are all engaged in the manufacture and sale of hollow blown plastic bottles or containers made of organic plastic material.…
