I. Introduction

A jury convicted Shelby Sells of conspiring to possess methamphetamine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846; knowingly maintaining a place for the manufacture, distribution, or use of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 856(a)(1); and being a felon in possession of ammunition, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
