KRUEGER, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of the offense of fraudulently receiving and concealing stolen property, and his punishment was assessed at confinement in the state penitiary for a term of two years.

The indictment contains two counts. The first count charged H. L. Lewis, Tom Brusenham, and appellant with theft of one set of four-inch Wilson tongs of the value of more than fifty dollars.
