On June 1, 1939, the day the Government closed taking testimony in chief (minutes, pp. 18307-26), it offered in evidence against Alcoa one hundred and seventy three exhibits or exhibits for identification (all of which, for convenience, will be called exhibits) and five extracts from the testimony of Edward K.
