Plaintiffs, Krupp Stahl A.G. and its subsidiary (Krupp), challenge the final determination by the International Trade Administration, Department of Commerce (ITA or Commerce), of the first administrative review of the antidumping duty order regarding certain stainless steel sheet from the Federal Republic of Germany.
