This action was commenced in the court of common pleas of Tulsa county by Hilda Reed, defendant in error, plaintiff below, against the United Home Protective Corporation, plaintiff in error, defendant below, to recover upon a benefit certificate issued by plaintiff in error to Luvert V. Reed, in .which the defendant in error, Hilda Reed, is designated beneficiary, and her relationship to insured is! given as wife. The case was tried to a jury. Th« verdict and judgment was for defendant in error. The case is here for review.
