This matter comes before the Court on several motions filed by Plaintiffs Joseph Luna, et al. (“Plaintiffs”) and Defendants Household Finance Corporation III, Household Realty Corporation, and Beneficial Mortgage Corporation (collectively “Household”), all of which relate to whether this Court should stay proceedings pending resolution of certain Plaintiffs’ claims in arbitration.…
