PREWITT, Judge.

James Bradley (“Defendant”) appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of Greene County, following non-jury trial, finding him guilty of driving while intoxicated. The court fined Defendant $500 and gave him a suspended sentence of 90 days in the Greene County jail. The court also placed defendant on unsupervised probation for 2 years, and ordered him to complete a substance abuse traffic offender program (“SATOP”) and participate in any aftercare treatment recommended by the program.
