The Uninsured Employers Guaranty Fund (Fund) petitions for review of an Order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming and amending an order of a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ). The WCJ granted Larry Kendrick's (Claimant) Claim Petition against the Fund seeking total disability (wage loss) and medical benefits as of the date of Claimant's injury, November 7, 2011.
