Jose Osorio Lozado (Claimant) petitions for review of an Order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal.Board (Board) affirming the Decisions of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying Claimant’s “Claim Petition for Benefits from the Uninsured Employers Guaranty Fund [Fund] and Uninsured Employer” (Claim Petition).
