On March 2, 1995, Plaintiffs, Chicago District Council of Carpenters Pension Fund, Chicago District Council of Carpenters Welfare Fund, and the Chicago and Northeast Illinois District Council of Carpenters Apprentice and Trainee Program (“the Funds”), filed their complaint alleging that Defendants, Vacala Masonry, Inc (“VMI”)' and Va-cala Construction, Inc.
