PARKER, J., pro tem.

This action is one to determine conflicting claims to the benefits of a life insurance policy. Judgment in the court below was for the plaintiff. The policy in question was one issued by the Bankers Life Company, a corporation, and according to the terms thereof a certain amount of money was to be paid to the named bene ficiary upon the death of the insured, one John J. Jenkins. It is unnecessary to detail the original pleadings.
