Procedural History and Factual Background

This construction defect action arises from the 2004 — 2006 renovation of a restaurant operated by Plaintiff Cameron Hospitality, Inc., (“Cameron”). Cameron’s remodeling project included, inter alia, renovation of the property’s HVAC system. Cameron hired Cline Design Associates, P.A., (“Cline”) as architect and Inland Construction Company (“Inland”) as general contractor.
