A. J.Perkins & Co. filed their petition in the District Court of Galveston County on the 19th of August, 1889, against the Galveston Exhibition Association, the Leon & II. Blum Land Company, the Jsland City Savings Bank, May & Wainwright, B. Blum & Co., Henry Rosenberg, Joseph E. Wallis, Edward D. Garratt, and M. P.
