This is an action for damages and equitable relief in which the plaintiff, Amphe-nol Corporation (hereinafter “Amphenol”), claims that the defendant, Richard Paul, breached a non-competition agreement. It is brought pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 1030 et seq., along with tenets concerning breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duties, and unfair competition.
