The bill prayed for an account and specific performance; defendant stated an account in its answer; the learned court below, on preliminary objections to the answer, ordered that the account be more fully itemized. Defendant then appealed within the period allowed by the Act of March 30, 1921, P. L. 60, 12 PS section 1104, for appeals from such interlocutory decrees.
