In this workers’ compensation case, the parties agree that claimant suffered a compensable injury to his right knee — specifically, a medial meniscus tear. After the claim for the medial meniscus tear was closed, claimant developed a separate condition in the same knee, chon-dromalacia, and he filed an aggravation claim under ORS 656.273.1 The insurer denied the aggravation claim, and claimant requested a hearing.
