{¶ 1} On June 16, 2016, defendant-appellant, Ronald Roberson, was convicted by a jury of domestic violence, two counts of aggravated burglary, rape, and participating in a criminal gang. The trial court sentenced Roberson to serve 11 months in prison on the domestic violence count; 9 years in prison on each aggravated burglary count; 9 years in prison on the rape count; and 6 years in prison on the participating in a criminal gang count.
