Labrador Oil Company appeals from a judgment based in part upon a jury verdict in favor of Norton Drilling Company awarding recovery for balance owing for daywork charges under a standard IADC written contract 1 for the drilling of a well, and recovery for damage to or loss of Norton’s drill pipe.
