Plaintiff filed an original complaint against which a demurrer was filed and sustained. By her amended complaint the plaintiff alleges that on the 31st day of October, 1931, L. C. Matthes executed and delivered to the plaintiff Marie Mumper and to her husband, W. A. Mumper, a promissory note, a copy of which is set forth in the complaint. The note is dated at Salem, Oregon, October 31, 1931, for the principal sum of $2000 and is made payable two years after date. The payees are W. A. Mumper and Marie Mum-per. It bears interest at six per cent payable annually, with provision for acceleration…
