¶ 1 Defendant, Jason D. Back, appeals the district court's order denying his Crim. P. 35(c) motion. We affirm, but on grounds different from those employed by the district court.
¶ 2 In this appeal, we interpret sections 17-2-103(11)(b) and 17-22.5-403(8)(b), C.R.S.2012, which both address the length of time that the parole board may return a sex offender to the Department of Corrections (DOC) upon revocation of his or her parole.
