LINDSAY, United States Magistrate Judge:
The plaintiffs, Vincent J. Ammirato, Gary J. Kulik, Kenneth H. Salbu, Robert J. Murphy and Louis Vengilio, commenced this action against the defendant, Duraelean International, Inc. (“Duraclean International”) on November 7, 2007, in the Suffolk County Supreme Court. On De cember 14, 2007, Duraclean International removed the action to federal court.
