Plaintiff Deborah Carlone filed a complaint against The Lion & The Bull Films, Inc. (“L & B Films”) and Vladimir Flener for breach of contract and against Ariel Luna for fraudulent inducement. Ms. *316Carlone also seeks to pierce the corporate veil and hold Mr. Luna personally liable for L & B Films’ alleged breach of contract.
