This is a motion made by the plaintiff to continue an injunction pendente lite, which injunction was granted ex parte. The facts, so far as' necessary to state them, are as follows: The plaintiff is a New York corporation, organized in August, 1919, for the purpose, among others, of giving theatrical, operatic and other musical performances, and has contracted to give a series of operas in German during the season of 1919-1920.
