This is a petition for a writ of certiorari, setting forth, inter alia, that on the 26th day of September, A. D., 1907, said petitioner was appointed, by the Probate Court of the Town of Cranston, administrator of the estate of Nancy R. Mathewson, late of said Cranston, deceased, and qualified as said administrator; that on the 5th day of October, A.
