This appeal involves two consolidated actions in one of which Helen M. Wilson was plaintiff and in the other of which Orville W. Anderson was plaintiff. The defendants sued by plaintiffs are John G. Rutz, doing business as Star Bus Line, owner of the bus involved herein, and Marvin B. Smith, driver of the bus. In both actions plaintiffs sought damages on account of injuries suffered by reason of the bus of John Rutz colliding with a Ford automobile in which Helen M. Wilson was riding.
