WESTERFIELD, Judge.
This is a suit for property damage and physical injuries resulting from a colli sion between a passenger omnibus owned by the defendant Teche Lines, Inc., and, at the time of the accident, driven by one of its employees, and a DeSoto automobile owned and driven by the plaintiff, Frank Rochefort. The accident occurred on July 7th, 1936, and suit was brought against the Teche Lines, Inc., and its insurance carrier, the Central Surety & Insurance Corporation of Kansas City, Missouri, for $63,-209.20, on April 29th, 1937.
From an adverse judgment plaintiff has appealed.
