Plaintiff-Appellant George Miyashiro (George) 1 appeals from the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit’s (Circuit Court) April 24, 2007 Second Amended Final Judgment. 2 On appeal, George seeks relief from five orders granting summary judgment against him and the Circuit Court’s limitations on the role of George’s pro hac vice counsel.
