MEMORANDUM OPINION
CARLOTA M. BÓHM, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the Court is an Objection to Discharge filed by Theodore and *902Barbara Haupt (“Plaintiffs”).1 Plaintiffs assert that Brian C. Belonzi (“Debtor”) is not entitled to a discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(3) and/or (5).2 For the reasons stated herein, this Court finds that the Plaintiffs have not met their burden under either provision of § 727 and the Debtor is entitled to a discharge.
