I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff, Roberta A. DeAngelis, the United States Trustee (“UST”), requests the Court to deny the Debtor, Maria Angeles Liberatore (the “Debtor”), a discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(3).1 Atrial of this matter was held over the course of two days on March 21, 2013 and March 25, 2013.
