I. INTRODUCTION
The plaintiffs (“Plaintiffs”) in this adversary proceeding are former home health care aides who worked for Lee’s Industries, Inc. (“Lee’s Industries”), which the debtor, Nina Marie Kinard (“Debtor”) and her brother, Eric Lamback (“Eric”), co-owned.
