BULLOCK, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on Plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction against Defendants, whom Plaintiffs allege have engaged in acts constituting violations of federal trademark rights under 15 U.S.C. §§ 1114 and 1125, common law trademark rights, the North Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act, N.C.Gen.Stat. § 75-1.1, and the common law regarding unfair competition.
